Hello everyone! I welcome you all to this amazing world of Yoga which I have been practicing for decades and gained benefit physically, mentally, and spiritually. Feeling happy, positive, and energetic becomes natural. Now I got this wonderful opportunity to serve others through my teaching. My yoga journey started with Patanjali Yogpeeth Haridwar from where I also completed my 300hrs of yoga teacher training from Mahila Patanjali Yoga Samiti. It was a wonderful experience learning Yoga from there. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in January 2022. The Beauty of yoga is for all levels. So I invite you all to attend my online classes. It will be step by step guide with a verbal description and demonstration of each Asanas and pranayama. Class begins with the gentle flow and gradually it reaches to advance level.

Yoga also instills in our compassion, patience, and the power of love. I teach ancient Hatha Yoga in my class. Its origin is thousand years old. Hatha means strong and willful. The benefits of Hatha Yoga are to increase strength, balance, concentration, and bone density through breathing exercises in combination with physical poses. Hatha Yoga seeks to cleanse and connect the mind and body. Pranayama and the Asanas are the most widely recognized parts of Hatha Yoga. It's great for beginners as it's a gentle level class. It transforms you inside out and you enjoy medicine-free life because all the body system comes in balance. Hatha Yoga Strengthens and tones the muscles and the Yogis look terrific. Yoga gave me amazing health benefits physical, mental, and spiritual. I wanted to explore yoga more deeply. And learn techniques and other aspects of yoga in more detail. I learned yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation. Yoga philosophy and history, bone anatomy, class sequencing, props and modifications, chakras, mudras, kriyas, Ayurveda and much more.
